Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
Must be able to follow specific orders & work independently
Strong computer and Internet skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with demonstrate expertise in Word, Excel
High school diploma or GED
Fully Bilingual preferred (English-Spanish)
Must Speak Fluent English
Driver's License Required
Must be eligible to work legally in the United States

Responsibilities - Include but are not limited to the following

•Set up Corporate Housing Units so that they are fit for occupancy. This includes:
•Ordering furniture, utilities, phone, cable, high speed internet, house wares, etc.
•Identifying additional client needs, and responding in a timely manner to make sure all required items are available and in place.
Unit Inspections
•Breaking down Corporate Housing Units upon vacancy. This include:
•Timely disposal of furniture and house-wares, shut down of cable, phone, high speed internet and other utilities, etc.
•Coordinating Unit returns.
•Maintain a payment schedule to ensure that bills are paid one time to avoid late payment fees.
•Assist upper management with a variety of administrative tasks as assigned.
•Kept and maintained accurate records of all the inventory and stock in the warehouse.
•Coordinate the receiving and shipping of goods with numerous transporters and suppliers.
•Make banks deposits.
•Charge credit card rent payment and refund deposits.
•Post and update ads on the internet.
•Pay Utilities for all apartments such as Comcast, Direct TV, GA Power, etc.
•Assist in the preparation of leases.
•Authorizing and coordinating keys and permission to enter for anyone who needs to enter specified

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma. Associate Degree preferred.  Bilingual.
